These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Dash, a Shopify app for managing product modifications on POS systems. Please read them carefully before using the app.
Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using Dash, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of the app, including store owners and staff members.
Description of Service
Dash is a Shopify app that enables product modifications (milk types, sizes, extras, and custom options) for Shopify POS systems. The service includes modifier set management, product synchronization, order tracking, analytics, and multi-location support. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
Subscription and Billing
Dash offers tiered subscription plans billed monthly through Shopify's billing system. The Starter plan ($15/mo) supports 1-2 locations, the Professional plan ($30/mo) supports 3-10 locations, and Enterprise pricing is custom for 10+ locations. New subscribers receive a 21-day free trial on Starter and Professional plans. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Dash only for its intended purpose of managing product modifications on Shopify POS. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account credentials.
Data and Privacy
Your use of Dash is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all your store data.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Dash service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.
Limitation of Liability
Dash is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via the email associated with your Shopify account. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Dash if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Data deletion follows the timeline outlined in our Privacy Policy.
